Short-Term Rehabilitation

Many surgical procedures and health conditions require short-term rehabilitation. The goal is to get you back home as quickly as possible in order to get back to your everyday activities. Our rehabilitation team focuses on short-term, intensive physical and medical services. We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy six days a week, which include a customized therapy treatment plan for determined by your diagnosis and treatment plan.

Our philosophy is to restore each resident as quickly as possible to his or her highest level of functioning and independence. A therapist may perform a home assessment to make recommendations prior to your discharge to ensure you are safe after returning home.

Hispanic Culture

Hispanic culture and family are very important to our home. On holidays we focus on bringing families together and celebrating Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, Easter. We celebrate Hispanic traditions and make sure that our residents always feel at home. We have entertainment activities for all residents. Although English is the primary language, we have Clinicians and Therapists that can speak Spanish also. Our doctors practice at nearby hospitals, but our center is always building new relationships, if your doctor would like to be a part of our center they are welcome.

La cultura hispana y la familia son muy importantes para nuestro hogar. En días festivos nos enfocamos en unir a las familias y celebrar el Día de la Madre, Día del Padre, Navidad, Semana Santa. Celebramos las tradiciones hispanas y nos aseguramos de que nuestros residentes siempre se sientan como en casa. Tenemos actividades de entretenimiento para todos los residentes. Aunque el inglés es el idioma principal, tenemos médicos y terapeutas que también pueden hablar español. Nuestros médicos practican en hospitales cercanos, pero nuestro centro siempre está construyendo nuevas relaciones, si su médico desea ser parte de nuestro centro, es bienvenido.
